Shipping Policy
Your Pauline De Roover Jewellery will be shipped within 1-3 working days, depending on stock availability. If an item is made to order and not in stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for shipment.
We ship all orders via registered, recorded delivery and are happy to assist with any urgent delivery requests. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country, and the price of international shipments will also vary depending on the country. International orders may also be subject to additional customs or import duty charges in the destination country, which can cause delays on delivery time. Please note that all customs duties and fees are at the customer's expense, and we cannot be held responsible for any extra costs and/or delays. If you would like to find out the estimated cost of these charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order on our website.
For promotional free delivery offers, the flat rate of shipping will be subsidized, but the cost of duties and import taxes will not be.

Return & Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days after you have received the package. Please note that we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any custom pieces back.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that we do not cover costs associated with returns, and you will be responsible for them.
Warranty Policy
Pauline De Roover offers a two-year warranty that covers damage caused by a manufacturing default or material defect. Our warranty excludes damage caused by improper use or loss of an item. We also offer a repair service to our customers, with the price for this service depending on the type of repair. Please note that our warranty excludes any damage to jewelry caused by neglect, abuse, or natural wear and tear. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for merchandise that has been worked on by another jeweler.
